Job Summary
You will serve as a crucial technical partner, supporting R&D teams in implementing Design for Robotics & Automation (DfRA) principles and guiding manufacturing sites through the successful deployment of robotic and automated solutions.
You will contribute across the entire automation lifecycle, from influencing early-stage product design through comprehensive DfRA assessments, to enabling robotic solutions for product designs in a high variant, low quantity manufacturing environment.
This role requires a strong blend of robotics, automation, and project leadership expertise, with a passion for coaching teams and driving adoption of new technologies.

Key Requirements
2-5+ years experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Robotics, Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with collaborative robots, mobile robotics, or highly flexible robotic systems
Proven experience and deep understanding of DfRA principles and methodologies
Proficiency in CAD tools (Creo) and robotic simulation software
