• This role supports the oversight of all mealtime service in the Dining Room and Bistro, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining standards of service, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year dining room/food service experience
• Ability to supervise large dining staff
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Serv-Safe sanitation certification preferred
