Human Resources Manager HQ & Engineering Site | Engineering & Construction Industry Singapore Ready to lead HR in a fast-paced, project-driven environment? Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll compliance, and employee engagement across our expanding operations. Manage a workforce of over 300 employees at all levels, from operators and technicians to department heads and senior management. What You’ll Do · Lead workforce planning & foreign worker management · Drive end-to-end recruitment for site & HQ roles · Oversee payroll, compliance & HR audits · Manage performance reviews, benefits & staff engagement · Strengthen HR policies & support business growth · Develop succession planning What You Bring · Degree in HR / Business or other related discipline · More than 10 years HR experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry · Strong knowledge of SG employment laws & MOM regulations · Practical experience with foreign workforce & payroll systems · Excellent communication, integrity & problem-solving skills Why Joining? · Key role in a growing organisation · Supportive leadership · Opportunities to shape HR strategy and processes
