Key Requirements

  • 10+ years compliance, legal, or regulatory experience
  • Deputy or divisional chief compliance officer/senior compliance leader experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Post-graduate law or economics degree preferred
  • Advising leadership team/board of directors
  • Integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Conducting compliance risk assessments
  • Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory changes
