This role is responsible for handling the customer experience center end to end activities, including reviewing and triaging all tickets and managing employee queries outside of global process delivery.
Key responsibilities include performing various Customer Experience activities and all Back office work outside Global process such as Onboarding/Offboarding/Org Management.
