Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years supply chain or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with composites, plastics, textiles, or interior products
  • Proficiency in quality core tools like PFMEA and Control Plans
  • Expertise in root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D and Red-X
  • Ability to lead supplier qualification and audit activities

Nice-to-have

  • Strong influence without direct authority skills
  • Experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of RTX Supplier Gold initiatives
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement environments

Key Requirements

  • University Degree plus 5 years relevant experience OR Advanced Degree plus 3 years
  • U.S. citizenship is required for system access
  • Minimum 5 years in supplier quality, auditing, or development roles
