Process development for plasma-derived products
Laboratory experiment planning and execution
Data evaluation using statistical methods
Quality by Design and Design of Experiments
Scientific documentation and reporting
Laboratory instrumentation maintenance
Collaboration with internal and external partners
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mentoring and training team members
Fluent in German and/or English
Experience with JMP or R data tools
Willingness to work 70% laboratory and 30% office
Cross-functional collaboration
High motivation and scientific curiosity
Key Requirements
University degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Process Development
Master’s or PhD degree highly regarded
Minimum 3 years laboratory experience in relevant technical area
Experience in process development for plasma-derived products
Familiarity with statistical analysis and Quality by Design concepts
Near-native or fluent proficiency in German and/or English
