Job Summary

• In this role as a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, you will report to the Product Support Manager and will be primarily responsible for leading project teams to improve critical business processes for Large Wheel Loaders (LWL) and Wheeled Dozers and Compactors(WDC) products that drive financial results and quality improvement.
• As a member of the Product Support team, you will drive CPI execution, resolve systemic quality issues, support the End to End Built In Quality Play and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to improve safety, quality and cost with velocity and effective solutions.

• CPI Team Leader or 6 Sigma Black Belt experience
