Job Summary
This is a high impact role at the heart of Bupa, providing enterprise-wide leadership of governance, reporting and performance insight across the Group transformation and Strategy KPI portfolio.
Lead and operate Strategy KPI governance, create and refine group-level Strategy KPI definitions and guidance, and embed Strategy KPI governance as business-as-usual.
Lead, develop and support a high-performing Transformation Office team, managing resourcing, prioritisation and workload for 4–5 colleagues while setting clear objectives and providing hands-on coaching.
