Job Summary
This position requires a commitment to teaching in a dynamic community college setting and the ability to successfully interact and respond to the broad ranging needs of an academically and culturally diverse campus setting.
Teaching assignments may include a variety of interdisciplinary courses in Cosmetology; assigned times will vary with demand.
Faculty members are expected to maintain active participation in non-instructional campus responsibilities, such as, college and departmental initiatives, committee work, student record keeping, curriculum planning, assessment of student learning, and professional development.

Key Requirements
Cosmetology Instructor License
One year of cosmetology teaching experience
Two years of salon industry experience
Knowledge of Arkansas Department of Health Cosmetology Laws and Regulations
