  • Responsibilities include performing maintenance assistance for facilities, monitoring exterior litter and trash, performing light grounds work, inspecting sprinkler systems, and coordinating grounds care for vacant properties.
  • The role requires the ability to respond to Campus Living facility emergencies and crises after hours and on weekends.
