The Senior Manager HSEE leads the overarching HSEE agenda for Own Operations, ensuring the implementation and alignment of global planning standards, coordination frameworks, and strategic guidelines.
The position plays a pivotal role in guiding transformation—embedding continuous improvement, elevating performance, and fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational integrity across DCs, Offices and Retail.
Manage, coach, develop and train team members, input into performance reviews, provide feedback and allocate work considering complexity and experience level.
