The ideal candidate should have over ten years of construction experience, strong leadership capabilities, and an understanding of market conditions to secure work in assigned regions

Job Summary

  • The Regional Director of Preconstruction & Estimating leads and oversees delivery of the preconstruction phases including estimating and design activities for their assigned region(s)/business area.
  • Develops, communicates, and implements a bold vision for the future to the department (Estimating and Preconstruction) that aligns with organizational objectives.
