Key Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Professional registration (IEng/CEng)
  • Significant experience delivering capital projects
  • Full lifecycle project delivery experience
  • Demonstrated capability in scope, cost, schedule, risk and change management
  • Managing high-complexity or high-value capital works (£2–10m)
  • Strong ability in contract administration and commercial frameworks (NEC4 PSC/ECC)
  • Proven ability to navigate quality, validation, EHS and compliance frameworks
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience operating within a matrix organisation
  • Formal project management accreditation (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP)
