Job Summary

  • The Plant Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the manufacturing site, and responsible to direct and enable the site teams to execute operations strategy to meet the business and customer needs while being a strong community partner.
  • Responsibilities include leveraging knowledge of industry best practices, systems modeling, financial analysis and collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and create opportunities to improve site and business performance profitability, and enable best-in-class service to internal and external customers.
