Must-have
10+ years Configuration Management experience
5+ years Team Lead or Managing team
Active Secret Security Clearance required
U.S. Citizenship mandatory
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
20+ years total related work experience
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) knowledge
Nice-to-have
Digital Engineering environment experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand system inter-relationships
Experience developing industry standards
Knowledge of avionics and software disciplines
Willingness to integrate subject matter experts
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent
