Countryside Bank is seeking a Learning Program Manager to develop and manage diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating diversity programs, strong communication skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for developing and managing programs designed to enhance and promote the One Wintrust Diversity & Inclusion Roadmap and other related initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will be an innovative, self-starter with an ability to manage individual programs and managing strategic partnerships aimed at advancing human capital objectives.
  • Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses.
