Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and managing programs designed to enhance and promote the One Wintrust Diversity & Inclusion Roadmap and other related initiatives.
The successful candidate will be an innovative, self-starter with an ability to manage individual programs and managing strategic partnerships aimed at advancing human capital objectives.
Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses.
