  • The Young Adult Complex Disability Service (YACDS) is a state-wide multidisciplinary service and aims to help patients, their families and carers to transition into the adult health care system from children’s health services.

Salary

Base: YY7 Grade 4A Registered Nurse ($107,962.40 pro rata); SC31 - SC32 Grade 3 Social Worker ($104,135.20 - $107,796.00 pro rata); VG3 - VG4 Grade 3 Occupational Therapist ($104,135.20 - $107,796.00 pro rata); VW6 - VW7 Grade 3 Speech Pathologist ($104,135.20 - $107,796.00 pro rata); Benefits: Excellent benefits including salary packaging

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ post-graduate experience
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Current AHPRA Registration where applicable
  • Bachelor / Masters Degree in Allied Health
  • Current National criminal history check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working with children's check
