Base: $87,400.00 - $123,400.00; Bonus: Non-sales positions eligible for bonus program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) match up to 6%, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years production data platform experience
AWS data services expertise (EMR, Redshift)
Python and SQL proficiency in data systems
Troubleshooting distributed Spark/EMR workloads
Root cause analysis and incident response
Nice-to-have
Experience with streaming systems like Kafka
Knowledge of backfills and reprocessing data
Disaster recovery and backup validation skills
Strong communication during technical incidents
Influencing pipeline reliability practices
Key Requirements
