The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, including direct and indirect services to inpatient and outpatient populations.
This role involves supervision, interviewing, hiring, firing, and training of all Rehabilitation staff, as well as implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
The DOR is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services, adherence to regulatory standards, timely and accurate clinical documentation, and managing department productivity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
CPR certification
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
