This role requires embedding Quality within the Engineering discipline and championing continuous improvement strategies through the Integer Production System.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Root cause analysis and failure investigation skills
Ability to work independently with occasional guidance
Nice-to-have
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environment
Experience with Integer Production System methodologies
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
Minimum three years of relevant experience (or 7+ without degree)
Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
