Job Summary

  • Lead the design, governance, and execution of IMC’s global learning portfolio across regions, partnering with leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable learning programs.
  • Own and evolve IMC’s global L&D portfolio, optimizing program operations including needs analysis, resource allocation, delivery, communications, evaluation, and vendor relationships.
  • This role operates at a global level requiring meaningful international travel (25%-30% of the year) and the ability to spend extended time in regional offices.
