  • Oversee a group of Territory Managers in selling products and services, influencing customers to generate revenue.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs to achieve profitable sales and case growth objectives, and lead the team to achieve Division sales, penetration, and churn reduction objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new hires and existing TMs, conducting field support sessions and evaluating training needs to ensure performance and accountability.
