Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, suction, applying and changing dressings, taking blood, giving massages, and range of motion exercises.
Participate in employee performance evaluations, determine staffing requirements, and make recommendations concerning employee dismissals and transfers.
