  • Drive integrated operational planning, lead productivity initiatives including AI-enabled process improvements, and coordinate audits and compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in delivery operations, PMO, service delivery management, or operational governance
  • Experience in professional services, GCC, shared services, or BPO
  • Experience from one of the large consulting firms is ideal
  • Worked across time zones and aligned processes without direct authority
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and MS 365 ecosystem
  • AI and automation mindset
  • Strong written communication for executive updates
