Key Requirements
5+ years in delivery operations, PMO, service delivery management, or operational governance
Experience in professional services, GCC, shared services, or BPO
Experience from one of the large consulting firms is ideal
Worked across time zones and aligned processes without direct authority
Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and MS 365 ecosystem
AI and automation mindset
Strong written communication for executive updates
