Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Patient Safety and Quality role conducts patient safety event reviews and supports quality action planning for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
This role supports all phases of the review process, including initial assessment, fact-finding, root cause analysis, documentation, peer review coordination, and event determination.
This role is also responsible for supporting the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) process for APPs, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical performance data.

Key Requirements
Licensed APRN or Physician Assistant- Certified
Master's degree required
