Job Summary

  • The Advanced Practice Patient Safety and Quality role conducts patient safety event reviews and supports quality action planning for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
  • This role supports all phases of the review process, including initial assessment, fact-finding, root cause analysis, documentation, peer review coordination, and event determination.
  • This role is also responsible for supporting the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) process for APPs, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical performance data.
