Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience working with recruitment contractors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, talent marketing, and HR technologies
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws and regulations in Mexico
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
