Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Experience managing a team
Experience working with recruitment contractors
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, talent marketing, and HR technologies
Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws and regulations in Mexico
