The Health Specialist will ensure high-quality implementation of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) activities, overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
This role involves leading the design and development of MNCH interventions aligned with community needs and beneficiary priorities, and conducting regular site monitoring.
The position requires frequent travel to project sites and collaboration with various stakeholders including DOH, PLGU, and PHO.

Proven expertise in Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Reproductive Health programs
Experience strengthening community institutions for primary health services
