Job Summary

• The Mortgage Insurance Claims Specialist II will be responsible for timely and accurate claims filing, as well as the compilation of complete claims packages, related to MI, government, and/or investor (GSE) reimbursement claims.
• This includes claims related post-sale functions such as property preservation and eviction updates, conveyance of title, title delivery, compilation of required documentation, and adherence to GSE (Freddie and Fannie) servicing requirements during the reimbursement timeframe.

• 3+ years claims filing experience
• Default-related mortgage servicing experience
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA default servicing guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
