Key Requirements

• Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2 years or more experience in long-term care environment preferred
• working knowledge of MLTC Regulations and Resident Bill of Rights
• successful completion of AIS training
• ability to meet all on-line training requirements
