Job Summary
This role leads global efforts to modernize maintenance practices, integrate data-driven decision making, and leverage new technologies to enhance asset performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Provide global ownership for maintenance-related data systems (CMMS, EAM, data analytics platforms), ensuring master data consistency, standardized naming conventions, and accurate asset hierarchies to support analytics and reporting.

Key Requirements

7+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering
Experience implementing predictive or condition-based maintenance programs
Experience in a global or multi-site, matrixed organization
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or utility systems
