The Transactions Manager (Permits) is the direct point of contact, responsible, and accountable for processing and managing new permits within an assigned geographic territory.
Effectively manage the transaction activity process related to new permits and update/maintain information in the transaction database.
Serve as information resource, conduct research, compile data, process inquiries, and review plan sheets and insurance documents as necessary.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years real estate experience
Advanced English level

Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
