The role spans a multi-asset, multi-indication portfolio across oral therapies and highly complex cell therapies, carrying direct accountability for field team leadership and performance.
Success requires orchestration of cross-functional teams, field teams, and external stakeholders to deliver launch excellence within evolving access environments.
