Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience
  • Management experience with Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management
  • PMP certification expected within 2 years
  • Proficient in Project Management software
  • Strong Personal Computer working capabilities
