Job Summary
You will be responsible for leading hourly employees and executing production and logistics plans for little Brownie Bakers cookies.
As a core part of our Production team, you will be integral to ensuring we reach our goal by leading the overall operations of your assigned production line, including Safety, Quality, Production, Regulatory Compliance, and Warehousing.
The Production Line Lead will serve as second in command with the Production Supervisor.
