Base: $40,442-$57,276; Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus available; Benefits: Health insurance, dental, vision, retirement plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Install and service HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot chilled water distribution systems
Repair automation and control systems
Read blueprints and design duct systems
Operate DDC automation systems
Nice-to-have
Train others on equipment malfunctions
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
Experience with VFDs and pneumatic controllers
Key Requirements
Valid NC Driver's License
Asbestos Operation Maintenance and Removal Training within one year
Entry Permit Confined Space Training within one year
EPA Type I, II, III or Universal certification
Respirator medical evaluation required
High school diploma and four years of progressive experience
