The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed care and requires both lived experience of homelessness and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic outreach team

Job Summary

  • The After-Hours Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) offers low barrier healthcare and support to people experiencing homelessness outside usual business hours, improving access to care when fewer services are available.
  • The Peer Support Worker (PSW) is a member of HOT and provides peer led support to clients utilising a strength based, trauma informed framework, meeting people where they are at, and offering care wherever they are.
