  • Within the Commercial Support service, you ensure the administrative processing and follow-up of sales and repair services.
  • You will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing customer orders including conformity, correction, validation, and dispute handling.
  • You will inform customers about the progress of their orders and delivery forecasts while ensuring product/service availability and coordinating with relevant departments in case of delays.
