Job Summary
In charge of the Front Office Department's overall management, personnel and resources, ensuring guests receive considerate and individualized service.
Ensure that arrival and departure went smoothly to meet guest expectations and Aman Standard, and that daily trainings were conducted in the Front Office Department.
Working on Department's yearly capital and operating budgets and presenting the Department's P & L to the Hotel Management each month to make sure departmental spending stays within budget.
