Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience or combination of education
  • Previous customer service, banking, and/or call center experience
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Explorer
  • Functional knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and other Federal laws
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
