Job Summary

  • The Manager General Manufacturing 1 - Front-line Manager will have the responsibility, authority, and accountability for leading the manufacturing activities of a given cost center within restricted programs, including quality, cost and schedule objectives and factory accountability.
  • Candidates must be willing to work Monday - Thursday - 1st shift (5:00 am - 3:30 pm) or 2nd shift (4:12 pm - 2:42 am) OR Friday - Sunday - 1st shift (5:00 am - 3:30 pm) or 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 1:30 am).

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of related professional/military experience
  • 1 year of prior management/leadership experience
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access
  • High school diploma/GED
