Job Summary

  • Build the Turkey recruiting function from the ground up, hiring and developing a team of 2-4 recruiters.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, applying Sezzle’s MEI philosophy.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
