Intercom is seeking an Account Executive for its Dublin office to drive new business growth among EMEA SMB customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly with SMBs, and demonstrate strong skills in pipeline generation, deal execution, and client engagement

Job Summary

  • Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, value-based demos, negotiation, and close —across our EMEA SMB customer base for deal sizes between 20k-250k ARR.
  • Generate and progress pipeline through a healthy mix of inbound qualification and targeted outbound, partnering closely with SDRs and Marketing.
  • We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home.
