Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management Manage office supplies, pantry items, and ensure smooth office operations Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping with accuracy Assist with procurement tasks, including sourcing and quotation comparison Welcome and attend to office visitors, deliveries, and general enquiries Perform occasional driving duties (e.g. document delivery, errands, operational support) Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned RequirementsMinimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience (corporate environment preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organisational and coordination skills Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently Positive attitude with a hands-on and proactive mindset Singapore Citizen or PR only Why Join UsBe part of a growing investment firm with a professional environment Stable, full-time position with varied responsibilities Opportunity to develop administrative and operational experience
