Salary

Base: $184,800 - $277,200 USD (Reston); Additional locations up to $300,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants

Must-have

  • 10+ years cybersecurity operations experience
  • 5+ years leading security operations personnel
  • Deep experience with Splunk SIEM platforms
  • Managing incident response lifecycle NIST SP 800-61r3
  • Experience supporting air-gapped networks

  • Strong understanding of adversary TTPs
  • Experience with SOAR platforms like Tines
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage high-severity escalations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
