Key Requirements

  • University technical degree (Engineering preferred)
  • LEED AP certification
  • Minimum 10 years mechanical engineering/field-testing experience
  • Minimum 5 years building commissioning
  • Experience with mechanical testing equipment
  • Knowledge of HVAC&R systems
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel
