Job Summary
The CRM Specialist will be focused on the implementation, automation, maintenance, and innovation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system as it relates to Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Business-to-Business sales and general reporting.
This role will aid in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, sales pipeline management, audience segmentation, A/B testing and reporting.

Key Requirements
2+ years operational experience with CRM platform
2+ years CRM campaign creation, workflow, and execution

Experience with reporting software (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience generating insights from large datasets
