Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
  • Exposure to embedded systems or power electronics
  • Experience in Non-Automotive industrial product development
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication with Germany, India, and US teams

Key Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience
  • B.E. / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like SAFe
