BSMG is seeking a Vice President of Annuity Sales to manage and grow a team of producers while promoting the company's values and sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the Independent Dealer Channel and a strong track record in wholesaling annuity products

Job Summary

  • Manage a group of producers and recruit new ones for profitable sales growth while upholding BSMG's values and standards.
  • Develop new production from producers by understanding their unique situation and imparting tools and concepts that create revenue.
  • Sales VPs receive a base salary plus an unlimited production bonus, auto allowance, and comprehensive T&E reimbursement, with an exceptional healthcare package, 401(k) plan, and paid-group life insurance.
