Job Summary

  • The Student Development Specialist will oversee the initial advising of students in undergraduate programs for the College of Business, Health, and Human Services (CBHHS) and will be responsible for other administrative duties in CBHHS.
  • Serve as a student advocate to help ensure student success using holistic advising theory and manage the student advising for CBHHS current and prospective students.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of advising and retention programs, special events, recruitment efforts, and retention functions.

  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
